The website provides general information about recruiting services, areas of expertise and employer hiring decisions. It is not a job board or candidate application portal. Website content does not create an employment offer, candidate representation relationship or recruiting agreement.

Articles and perspectives may express the named author’s opinions. They are not personalized legal, tax, investment or employment advice. Consider the source, publication date and your circumstances when using this material. Historical articles may discuss conditions that have since changed.

Recruiting engagements

Submitting an inquiry, sending an email or having an initial conversation does not require Valley Search Group to accept a search. Engagement scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality and other terms are established directly through a separate agreement.

Hiring requirements and candidate markets differ by role, location, industry, compensation and timing. Website information does not guarantee a particular candidate, hiring result, salary level or recruiting timeline. Selected reviews describe individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

Responsible use

Use the site for legitimate business information and employer inquiries. Do not submit confidential candidate or client information, malicious content, deceptive requests or unsolicited promotions. Do not interfere with website operation or attempt to access information or systems without authorization.

The inquiry form saves accepted submissions and queues a notification. A confirmation of receipt does not confirm email delivery or create an engagement. See the Privacy Policy for information handling and request options. If the form is unavailable, contact us by phone or email.
