This notice describes information handled through our website and employer inquiry form. Information exchanged during a recruiting engagement may be governed by additional notices and agreements. This website is not a candidate application portal.

Information we collect

The employer inquiry form requests your name, company, business email, phone number, hiring need and a description of the position. You may also provide the position location, preferred recruiting service and hiring timeline. Please provide only information relevant to the initial conversation. Do not include resumes, identity documents, medical information or confidential candidate or client information.

The website and its service providers also process technical information needed to deliver pages and prevent abuse, such as IP addresses, request metadata, browser and device signals, and spam-verification results. Our application uses a keyed, date-specific hash derived from the request IP address for rate limiting; this does not make all technical information anonymous.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to understand and respond to hiring needs, communicate with you about relevant recruiting services, manage the inquiry and maintain related records. Technical information helps us operate, troubleshoot and protect the website, and understand traffic patterns as described below.

Submitting the form stores your inquiry and queues a notification to Valley Search Group. The email address you enter is used as the notification’s reply-to address. The confirmation shown on the website means the inquiry was saved; it does not guarantee email delivery or acceptance of a recruiting engagement. The form does not enroll you in a newsletter or subscription.

Service providers and access

Authorized people responsible for website inquiries and administration can access the information needed for their work. The following providers process information to provide their services:

• Netlify hosts the website, processes requests through the inquiry handler and provides traffic reports from its hosting logs.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse using browser, device and network signals. We send the verification token and request IP address to Cloudflare for validation.
• Supabase stores inquiries, notification records, the applicable notice version and rate-limit information. The configured database region is East US, Ohio.
• Resend processes notification emails, including inquiry content, recipient and reply-to addresses, and delivery status. The configured sending region is North Virginia.
• Our business email provider receives and stores inquiry notifications and correspondence.

Providers may also maintain operational logs, backups and other records under their service arrangements. The selected database and email-sending regions do not mean that all providers process every category of information exclusively in those locations. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law or a valid legal request, address a dispute, or protect rights and website security.

Retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage related business matters, meet recordkeeping obligations, address disputes and protect the website. Relevant factors include whether an inquiry leads to an engagement, whether communication is ongoing, and whether a legal obligation requires preservation.

Retention is managed through manual review; the inquiry system does not currently apply an automatic deletion timer. Database records, notification emails, operational logs and backups may have different retention periods. Removing an active record does not necessarily remove copies in backups or email systems immediately.

Privacy requests

To ask about information you submitted, or to request access, correction or deletion, email info@valleysg.com. Include enough context to identify the inquiry, such as when it was submitted and the business email used. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information with your initial request.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. Available rights, response requirements and exceptions depend on applicable law. For example, some records may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation or address a dispute.

Cookies, analytics and external links

We use Netlify Web Analytics to understand website traffic through reports of pageviews, popular pages, referring sources and approximate visitor locations. These reports use Netlify’s existing hosting logs. Netlify distinguishes visitors using IP addresses; its visitor counts are estimates, not a count of identified people. This analytics service does not add a tracking script or analytics cookies to your browser. We also review counts of saved inquiries and notification status within our existing private inquiry system. Inquiry contents are not sent to a separate analytics service.

The website does not currently include an advertising tracker, embedded social feed or subscription service. Fonts and website images are served with the site. The inquiry form loads Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention.

Our website application does not set advertising cookies or track activity across other websites. It does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track setting. Necessary provider security processing remains subject to those providers’ practices.

LinkedIn articles are ordinary outbound links. Viewing our resource pages does not load a LinkedIn widget or tracking script. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy and account settings. Phone and email links open the relevant application on your device.

Changes and contact

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by applicable law.
