Rezeo, LLC, doing business as Valley Search Group (“we” or “us”), operates this website. This policy covers the website, its tools and employer inquiries. Recruiting engagements may involve additional notices and agreements. This is not a candidate application portal.

Information we collect and use

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, company, business email, phone number and hiring details, including any position, location, service, timeline or hiring brief you provide. We use this information to respond, discuss relevant recruiting services, manage the inquiry and maintain business records. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a recruiting engagement.

Please provide only relevant information. Do not include resumes, identity documents, medical information or confidential candidate or client information.

We and our providers also process technical information, including IP addresses, request details, browser and device signals, and spam-check results, to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website and understand traffic.

Calculators and Hiring Brief Builder

The Total Compensation, Job Offer Comparison and Cost of an Unfilled Role calculators process your entries in your browser; they do not submit inputs or results to VSG. The Hiring Brief Builder also prepares your draft in your browser. Copying, downloading a PDF or printing does not submit these entries to VSG.

Saving on your device is optional. If you enable it, the tool saves entries in this browser and restores them on later visits. Other people using the same browser may access them. The builder’s separate contact-form fields are not included in its saved draft. The website does not set an automatic expiry for saved tool entries.

Turn off saving or use the tool’s clear control to remove its saved copy. If removal fails, use your browser’s site-data settings. This does not remove downloaded files, copies you shared or inquiries already submitted to VSG.

In the builder, Discuss this brief with VSG opens a contact form and loads the spam check. Send brief to VSG submits your reviewed brief and contact-form details for storage and an email notification to VSG. Technical information and traffic reporting still apply when you use the tools.

Providers, access and processing locations

Authorized people handling inquiries and website administration can access information needed for their work. We use service providers for website hosting and inquiry processing, security and spam prevention, database storage, email delivery and correspondence, and traffic reporting. These providers process inquiry, contact or technical information to perform those services.

Information may be processed in the United States and other places where providers operate, including if you visit from outside the United States. Providers may keep operational logs and backups.

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal requests, address disputes, or protect rights and website security.

Analytics, cookies and external links

Our hosting provider uses website logs to report pageviews, popular pages, referrals and approximate locations. It uses IP addresses to estimate visitors, without adding an analytics script or analytics cookies. We also review saved-inquiry counts and notification status internally; inquiry contents are not sent to a separate analytics service.

Our website application does not use advertising trackers or advertising cookies, track you across other websites, or change its behavior for Do Not Track signals. There is no subscription service. Provider security processing follows providers’ practices. Optional tool storage is described above.

Fonts and images are served with the site. LinkedIn articles are outbound links, not embedded feeds or tracking widgets. External services have their own privacy policies and settings; phone and email links open your device’s applications.

Retention and privacy requests

We keep inquiry information as reasonably needed for responses, ongoing communications or engagements, business records, legal obligations, disputes and security. Retention is reviewed manually; inquiries have no automatic deletion timer. Database, email, log and backup copies may have different retention periods. Deleting an active record does not immediately remove every copy.

To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, email info@valleysg.com. Include the submission date and business email if known; do not send sensitive information or identity documents initially. We may verify your identity or authority. Rights, response requirements and exceptions depend on applicable law, including obligations to preserve records.
