Job offer comparison calculator
Put each opportunity alongside what matters to you. Compare the whole offer, from compensation to the people you’ll work with.
01 / Your opportunities
Use a company name or a private label. Mark an unresolved dealbreaker if an offer fails a requirement you cannot compromise on.
02 / Your priorities
Set importance once for all offers: 0 = exclude, 5 = moderate, 10 = essential. Rate how well each offer meets your needs: 0 = does not meet them, 10 = excellent. Higher always means better, including travel and location. Leave unknown ratings blank.
All standard priorities start at 5. Exclude anything irrelevant; add one custom priority per category if needed.
Swipe across each rating table to reach all offers.

Overall score = sum of (rating × importance) ÷ total importance. Each priority contributes individually; categories are not weighted equally. Partial scores use only rated priorities and are provisional. A leading offer appears only when every included priority is rated for every offer. Dealbreakers exclude an offer from the lead, but its score remains visible.
A score reflects your inputs, not a prediction of job satisfaction. Small differences are a reason to revisit assumptions and ask questions. Category scores appear only when that category is complete; a dash can also mean all its priorities are excluded. Offers tied at one decimal place share the lead. This tool supports your decision; it does not make it for you.
